Our rich history began in 1983 when one of our first projects was restoring and revitalizing our headquarters, the Goodall Building, located in Downtown Cincinnati's Empowerment Zone. From that initial construction project our offerings today include construction services, facility management, manufacturing services, warehouse management, background checks and sourcing and supply chain management. With nearly 30 years of experience, we serve a client list of primarily Fortune 1000 business entities in the U.S. and Canada, employing over 1,300 people. Our "results-focused" culture has solidified each d.e. Foxx brand's reputation as an industry leader in each of our service offerings. Chances are though, you'll never work with d.e. Foxx & Associates, Inc. directly. That's because our primary day-to-day corporate mission is to provide "back of the house" services - like accounting, human resources, legal support, customer service, business development, marketing and technology services - to our family of companies. That is, to keep our brands running efficiently, adeptly and cost-effectively.

But it is in our brands - Foxx Construction & Facility Management, XLC Services, Validex, and Versatex - that you will, in fact, get to know d.e. Foxx. Because in each of them and all of them, we are defined, embodied and asserted. Because more than being a resource for our subsidiaries, d.e. Human Resources recruits talent with the strong analytical and leadership skills that are ideally suited to meet the needs of each brand's clients. Our Centralized HR team manages our employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, diversity, leadership development, talent acquisition and organization development programs serving as a strategic business partner.HR ensures that our training standards are met consistently and oversees our work environment.

Our Field Support Team develops solutions that define our quality standards and enforce these consistently throughout the daily workflows. Constantly innovating to bring online new levels of automation, for both internal processes and client business, they increase productivity, drive down cost and strengthen our ability to be competitive.

Our Customer Service team is a group of dedicated professionals who rely on their excellent communication and organizational skills to assist our customers and clients through various communication delivery tools. Working in a fast-paced environment that fosters individual growth, this team atmosphere ensures continuous development of ways to improve the quality, speed and accuracy of our service delivery model.

The Legal Department implements our corporate goal of achieving client relationships that are long-term and sustainable, ensuring clear expectations from the start.

Marketing & Business Development nurtures our organization's image, develops client relationships and builds brand awareness in print, on the Web and through social media. They ensure that our competitive distinctions are clearly communicated. In many ways, this is our first step toward long-lasting business partnerships by helping new and potential clients understand the values that set our brands apart through brand management, market development, business development, service delivery planning and strategy.
